You’re Not Broken. Your Brain Is Running Hot.

Many men we see are successful on paper but silently worried they’re lazy, disorganized, or just “bad at adulting.” Common patterns:

  • You’re always behind, even when you’re working hard.
  • You live in last-minute mode—deadlines, taxes, emails, everything.
  • Your brain has too many tabs open and won’t shut off at night.
  • You swing between over-working and crashing, scrolling or numbing out.
  • Your partner, kids, or coworkers feel the impact of your anger, shutdown, or forgetfulness.
  • You’ve wondered if it’s ADHD, burnout, stress—or all of the above.

At BrainHealth Clinic, we help you get a clear answer and a concrete plan.

Two Main Ways We Help Men — Assessment First

1) Adult ADHD Assessment for Men

For men who are tired of guessing.

You’ll get:

  • A focused clinical interview about your story as a man—school, work, relationships, mistakes you still beat yourself up for.
  • Standardized ADHD and mood measures to look at focus, impulse control, anxiety, and depression.
  • Clear feedback on whether ADHD fits, what else might be going on, and what to do next.
  • A written summary you can use with your doctor or workplace if needed.

Goal: You walk away knowing what’s actually going on, not just “maybe I have ADHD.”

What happens after the assessment?

If ADHD is in the mix—or you’re living with heavy overload—next steps are clear and practical:

  • ADHD Therapy & Skills for Men: turn “I know what to do” into “I actually follow through.”
  • Systems for time, tasks, and routines that fit your brain.
  • Anger/shutdown regulation and communication that doesn’t blow up your relationships.
  • Support preparing a summary for your physician if a medication consult is appropriate.
How long does it take? Most men complete the assessment over one to two sessions plus questionnaires. We then schedule a dedicated feedback session where you receive findings, a written summary, and a step-by-step plan.

  • Receipts provided. Some extended health plans reimburse sessions with certain mental-health professionals—please check your plan.
  • No physician referral required to book.

Questions Men Often Ask

  • Do I need a diagnosis already? No—many men come because they’re unsure. We help you figure it out.
  • Is this just a one-time consult? You can do assessment only, therapy only, or both—decide after feedback.
  • What if it’s not ADHD? We identify what is driving the problem (burnout, anxiety, mood) and build a plan anyway.

If You’re Always Behind, This Is Your Chance to Catch Up on Yourself

If you’ve been holding everything together for everyone else while quietly falling apart inside, ADHD and burnout won’t fix themselves. They usually get more expensive—in your health, your relationships, and your future. You don’t need a perfect plan. You just need a first, deliberate step.
