BrainHealth Clinic helps men in BC with ADHD and burnout get clear answers and practical support for their focus, mood, and relationships.
All queries are replied within 24hrs.
Step 1 – Book a Men’s ADHD Session
Your first session is a focused time to talk through what’s going on, answer your questions, and decide together whether to start with an ADHD assessment, ongoing therapy, or a burnout/relationship focus.
Step 2 – Get a Clear Plan
If we move forward, we complete the ADHD assessment or first block of therapy sessions and build a concrete plan tailored to your brain, schedule, and responsibilities.
Step 3 – Ongoing Support & Skills
You meet regularly (online across BC). We track what’s working, adjust, and layer in tools for focus, mood, and relationships. The goal is less chaos, more control, and fewer regrets.
Step 4 – Transformation Journey
We'll continue to work with you to ensure that your transformational journey is filled with support and guidance to help you stay on track every step of the way.
