  • Instant confirmation via email
  • Secure telehealth link for online sessions
  • Intake forms included (takes ~8–10 minutes)

Get Clarity

In your first sessions, we decide together whether to start with a full ADHD assessment, ongoing therapy, or a burnout/relationship focus. You’ll know why we’re doing what we’re doing, not just “show up and talk.”

  • Targeted questions about work, home, and history
  • Validated ADHD & mood measures (where relevant)
  • Clear next step before you leave
3

Work the Plan

We meet regularly. You test strategies between sessions; we adjust based on what actually works in your real life—work, family, and responsibilities.

  • 50-minute sessions · structured and practical
  • Real-world tools for focus, anger, follow-through
  • Progress you can feel week to week

Choose the Track That Fits

Adult ADHD Assessment for Men

For men who are tired of guessing.

  • A focused clinical interview about your story as a man—school, work, relationships, mistakes you still beat yourself up for.
  • Standardized ADHD and mood measures to look at focus, impulse control, anxiety, and depression.
  • Clear feedback on whether ADHD fits, what else might be going on, and what to do next.
  • A written summary you can use with your doctor or workplace if needed.

Goal: You walk away knowing what’s actually going on, not just “maybe I have ADHD.”

ADHD Therapy & Skills for Men

For men who want ongoing support and practical tools.

  • Turning “I know what to do” into “I actually follow through.”
  • Building simple systems for time, tasks, and routines that fit your brain.
  • Managing anger, shutdown, shame, and relationship tension.
  • Reducing burnout, anxiety, and low mood that sit on top of ADHD.

This is not endless venting. Sessions are structured, direct, and focused on the next 1–3 moves you can realistically make before we meet again.

Burnout & Relationships (Men)

For men navigating career pressure, fatherhood, separation, or high-conflict situations on top of ADHD traits.

  • Stability plans for work and home
  • Tools for anger, shutdown, and communication
  • Boundaries, sleep, and energy renewal

Quick Answers Before You Book

Do I need a diagnosis already?

No. Many men come precisely because they’re not sure what’s going on.

Assessment or therapy?

You can do just an assessment, just therapy, or both—decided together in early sessions.

Doctor’s referral needed?

Generally, no. You can contact us and book directly.

If You’re Always Behind, This Is Your Chance to Catch Up on Yourself

If you’ve been holding everything together for everyone else while quietly falling apart inside, ADHD and burnout won’t fix themselves. They usually get more expensive—in your health, your relationships, and your future. You don’t need a perfect plan. You just need a first, deliberate step.
