Service 1 – Adult ADHD Assessment for Men

For men who are tired of guessing.

You’ll get:

  • A focused clinical interview about your story as a man—school, work, relationships, mistakes you still beat yourself up for.
  • Standardized ADHD and mood measures to look at focus, impulse control, anxiety, and depression.
  • Clear feedback on whether ADHD fits, what else might be going on, and what to do next.
  • A written summary you can use with your doctor or workplace if needed.

Goal: You walk away knowing what’s actually going on, not just “maybe I have ADHD.”

Service 2 – ADHD Therapy & Skills for Men

For men who want ongoing support and practical tools.

We work on:

  • Turning “I know what to do” into “I actually follow through.”
  • Building simple systems for time, tasks, and routines that fit your brain.
  • Managing anger, shutdown, shame, and relationship tension.
  • Reducing burnout, anxiety, and low mood that sit on top of ADHD.

This is not endless venting. Sessions are structured, direct, and focused on the next 1–3 moves you can realistically make before we meet again.

Men’s Burnout & Relationships

For men navigating divorce, betrayal, fatherhood, or high-pressure careers on top of ADHD.

Common themes we work with:

  • Trying to be the stable one while your own brain feels anything but stable.
  • Dealing with betrayal, separation, or high-conflict relationships.
  • Carrying work stress + financial pressure + family expectations with zero margin.
  • Numbing out with screens, porn, food, or overworking because you don’t know how to slow down.

We connect ADHD, mood, and relationships into one plan instead of treating them like separate problems.

2 ways to meet

Online Across BC & In-Person in Burnaby

We work with men who are juggling work, family, and responsibilities. Access needs to be simple.

Online Across BC

Secure video sessions you can join from home, your office, or even your parked car—as long as it’s private and safe. Ideal if you live outside Burnaby or prefer not to commute.

In-Person in Burnaby

For men who prefer face-to-face work, we offer in-person sessions at 5050 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 4H2. A quiet, focused space to do the work without distractions.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes: structured, practical, and focused on the next 1–3 steps—not fluff.

  • Sessions are focused on your real life: work, relationships, fatherhood, money pressure.
